Meditation and Music
On 4/5/2016 I played at the first Meditation and Music session at the Seneca Art & Culture Center at Ganondagan State Historic Site from 6:45-8pm. This was a guided mediation lead by Bani Aello with me playing the Native American Flute in the background. This was the first time I met Bani and the first time I have ever played for a little over an hour. This was also the first time I performed in front of people since highschool. It was a very fulfilling experience where I met some great people who I keep in touch with. Meditations are one of my favorite events to play at.
