My name is Brittany Sponable and I have been playing the Native American Style Flute since 2003. I started my music journey in middle school playing the European Silver flute and have loved flutes since. In 2003 my grandparents took me to my first Indian Pow Wow in Salamanca NY. During the Pow Wow I picked up my first Native American Flute and since then I have strongly been drawn to this instrument playing it has become a fundamental part of my daily life, including finding my path. Music has very healing properties for anything that someone might be facing and I encourage others to pick up playing the Native American Flute. My first cd is currently being worked on which is about my life journey so far. I currently play at meditations as well as other gatherings.
